Bryce had his one year doctor appointment yesterday. He weighs 28lbs 10 oz and is 33 1/2 inches tall. He is above the 97th percentile for both. I came home and looked at Cayden's baby book to do the comparison. Cayden, at one year, was 22lbs 15 oz and 33 1/4 inches tall. Bryce is obviously a bit "rounder" (by 6lbs!!!). At one year old Cayden was having problems putting on weight and I remember the doctor telling us to put him on a high calorie diet. I think this is when he learned to love syrup. Bryce obviously doesn't need the high calorie diet and we are just hoping he stops throwing food.
Just wanted to give everyone the update!
The kids have been sick lately and are finally getting better. Last week Cayden stayed home sick on Monday. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday he went to school but was wiped out by 6pm. This is a kid who has never, and I mean NEVER, fallen asleep on the couch. He will sleep in his bed and sometimes in the car. By Thursday he was so exhausted that he fell asleep on the couch at 5:30 and woke up around 7 for dinner and went straight to bed and slept until the next morning at 7. The position you see him in, in the 
picture was how he stayed until he went to bed. Bryce has also been sick. Ear infections continue to plague him even though he got tubes in his ears 3 weeks ago. He also was sleeping off the infection. The picture I took was Bryce in his crib for a nap after school. When I went in to try and get him up he was so sound asleep that he wouldn't even stir.
